The Simple type franchise is designed for minimal space requirements, specifically for stores sized between 5 to 6 pyeong,

and is exclusively offered by SHYMAN.

The total cost, excluding interior design, is KRW 43 million.

It includes 6 vending machines configured as follows: two 64-slot machines, two 36-slot machines, and two 17-slot machines.

We provide 234 initial products to stock the vending machines with.

Installation of CCTV, adult verification entry systems, and a Secom security call-out service are also included.

While there is no installation fee, a monthly payment of KRW 79,000 is required to SK Shieldus, covering security and fire insurance.

It’s essential for franchisees to subscribe to this service as it includes fire insurance.

As this is an unmanned store, internet installation is mandatory. Store owners can subscribe to the internet

independently or through an LG U-Plus plan connected with SHYMAN.

Interior design costs average KRW 15 to 17 million, including signage. Store owners are free to contract their

preferred service provider for the interior design, which can be guided by 3D drawings and concepts provided by SHYMAN for free.

Currently, the Simple type is operated by six franchisees and is highly recommended for small spaces.
